Our Process
Project Life Cycle
Smart Design

As part of our company project life cycle, the first phase is the Initiating phase, which includes an initial survey to gather information about the project. Based on the survey results, we will provide a quote for the project and develop a Statement of Work that outlines the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Once the client approves the proposal and agrees to move forward, we move into the Planning & Design phase. This phase includes the Design phase, where we create a detailed project design, as well as procurement activities to acquire necessary materials and resources. We also conduct pre-deployment programming and prepare for integration.

In the final Closeout Process phase, we conduct Pre-SAT (pre-site acceptance test) to ensure everything is in place and functional. We then complete any Punch List items and conduct the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to officially close out the project.
